Why iGO

You come home from a long day at work. You're ready to jump into some comfortable clothes, recline on the couch and relax for a few minutes when suddenly you remember that you haven't gone to the gym.

Then you think of all the reasons not to go. You sigh when thinking of how crowded your favorite class will be. You groan at the thought of getting back into the car. You tell yourself you will go tomorrow.

None of that sounds enjoyable. Whatever happened to looking forward to exercise? Do you remember when recess was your favorite subject? Do you remember when you couldn't wait until Saturday mornings because it meant you could wake up, go outside and play? Where did that feeling go? When did fitness become another item on the to-do list, along with folding clothes and cleaning the attic?

I want to help bring back that feeling. When you're excited about fitness, you see results much quicker. Your mood improves. You look forward to it. Sure its tough work, but its fun. Why shouldn't every day feel like Saturday morning? Why shouldn't you put the same zeal into your physical fitness as you do other areas of your life? Don't make fitness a habit, make it a passion. Helping people realize their power, that's why iGO!
